Fee Waiver Request: If you feel that there is an erroneous charge on your account, please submit a “Fee Waiver Request” and indicate the specific fee and amount you request to be waived.
*Please note that fees and interest charged by your association may require approval from your board of directors before being waived.  You will continue to incur interest and fees if your account is delinquent.

Emergency Service Requests: An emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, or environment.  Most emergencies require urgent intervention to prevent a worsening of the situation.  For Emergency Service Requests please contact your onsite office during normal business hours and 1-844-944-0345 after hours.  

After Hours Service Requests:  Harbeck is pleased to provide our homeowners with 24 hour Emergency Service. Hopefully, you’ll never need this service, but if you do, you will certainly appreciate having our trained service staff just a phone call away.  Our After Hours Call Center Number is 1-844-944-0345.

    A Description of the Service Request

Once you have contacted the emergency service, you must remain at your unit or arrange for someone to be at the unit so the maintenance technician can communicate by phone. Next, he or she will make arrangements for meeting at the unit to resolve the Service Request.  Please remember that you must leave your telephone number with the emergency service and you must be at home in order for the maintenance technician to respond.
